FREE SHIPPING
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in Canada.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
Safavieh is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process or carrier delivery mistakes. Please make sure that you're billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order. In the case this error is made, please feel free to contact us at cs@safavieh.ca and we will be sure to correct any mistakes before the order has been processed.
SHIPPING TIME
Shipping time is 3-7 business days.
Please note that all shipping times exclude clearance/customs & weather delays by the carrier*
TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.
For some carriers it takes 1-3 business days for the tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at cs@safavieh.ca.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
Items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
